Cancellation:

Oncer order is placed the customer cannot cancel the order. It is because the product is a digital product and it cannot be reused.

Warranty: 

• We offer a 4 days activation warranty and 30 days guarantee period in which Grabkeyz.in replaces any product, if the fault develops due to a fault of our product. 
• If you experience any difficulties with the product code you have purchased, please contact us with a description of your problem, accompanied by valid screenshot evidence to check and verify the problem.  It will take max 1 to 24 working hours for us to resolve your issue in most of the case.
• If we investigate your complaint and find that there is a fault with the activation code, we will replace it or refund it if unable to fix. We never leave our customers without a working code, or a full refund.

Refund:

• You will not be eligible for refund if the key did not work, because you are trying it on a wrong edition, old version or due to any system incompatibility & issue from your side and not related to the product key you purchased from us.
• You will not be eligible for refund / replacement or any kind of compensation if there was a wrong purchase done by you. All the detail are given in the product description and we  request you to read the product description well before you purchase. 
• If you did not use the key within 4 days activation warranty period due to any XYZ reasons after the key you purchased was delivered to you, then in such a case you are not eligible for refund.
